Mainly just wanted to give a shout out to Jay at the front desk for being so accommodating, efficient and professional. Check in was a breeze and he was quickly able to help out with providing us with fresh towels. Im at a hotel 4 nights a week for work and its always nice to have someone like Jay to make traveling as easy and pleasant as possible. I hope the managers know the quality employee that they have.
This hotel was excellent in the location was just as good. I really enjoyed my past weekend there the lady at the front desk was very personable and easy to communicate with. The smell was a cleanliness and my room was very exceptional claim and I enjoyed my stay there. The next time I am in Maryland this is where I will be and I will recommend this place to anyone.
My stay was for one night so it was sufficient, but probably will not return. The location was off the main road and not what I expected. The front desk attendants were great. The room, bathroom, fridge and microwave were clean and worked properly. Bed slept great and minimal to no noise heard. Had to leave before breakfast but appeared to be organized. Did not give a five because carpet and chair needed to be cleaned and my allergies let me know. The building is non-smoking, but clients should also be told to smoke weed and drink alcohol a certain distance from the entrance of the building.
Very clean and relaxing. Other than parents not monitoring younger children at breakfast, I will be staying here more often. I really enjoyed it
I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Express . The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, and any requests I had were addressed promptly. I felt very comfortable during my stay, and I will definitely return in the future.
Wonderful experience here, very clean! We had a VERY bad experience at a different hotel nearby and ended up coming here last minute at 1 AM just desperate for somewhere to stay, and Erica at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating and got us a room immediately. The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was good, and the staff were all kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
Great hotel!! The breakfast is awesome everyday. Coffee and Tea provided in the lobby 24/7. The Indoor swimming pool is a nice relaxing amenity. Several stores and restaurants are within walking distance. I love this hotel and stay here as often as possible.
Jay, the manager is very professional, polite, along with having a positive attitude. I am glad that I chose this place for my hotel stay. Good customer service is hard to find so I applaud him for upholding a standard of excellence. Thank you!
